Back in the days, cigarettes were put on the tables in our homes as a staple of hospitality. Cigarettes were smoked with the kids, friends, family, social events, parties, as well as just by yourself. There was little to no research on the consequences of cigarettes on our health, at some point even the believe that it improved our health. Decades later, we know better. Cigarettes deteriorate our health. Thinking of this day and age, social media has become such a big part of our life’s. We almost use it in the same way, but at what costs? I wonder and I worry about what’s coming.. and I believe change is needed. This episode is fully dedicated to social media and it’s effects on our (mental) health.
