Ah.. a tale as old as time, the fear of being behind in a world where there is literally no correct timeline … when we are young, many of us (especially eldest daughters) thoroughly believe that we will have it all figured out once we hit adult life and for me, I thought that’s when I would turn 25. I would have the perfect job, the perfect husband, we would have the perfect home, and we’d be traveling the world getting ready to have babies. It seemed like the perfect age for it all to be perfect. Because that’s what happens when you turn 25 right? and that frontal lobe develops? Right? RIGHT?!?!

whether you're a college athlete or a 21-year-old working queen, we all have one thing in common. OUR BODIES ARE CHANGING.
