The trickle effect fitness can have on every other aspect of your life is REAL!
It's hard to recognize it all at the beginning because you're trying to figure out your training routine, understand what exercises you like, your style, your nutrition, etc.... and you look RIGHT BY everything your implementing.
The little things matter, there's a famous quote that I love and directly applies here.
"How you do anything is how you do everything." So when you begin your fitness journey it's not obvious, it takes failure after failure to cultivate everything necessary to see the results, but when you take the time to reflect back you'll see it!
