The Time Warner Cable Arena serves as this year’s convention hall. Here, delegates will re-nominate President Obama and Vice President Biden, and speakers such as First Lady Michelle Obama and San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro will take the stage. Tour the venue with staff member Kenneth Fisk.

Description: Eighteen grassroots individuals from across the region were selected from hundreds of applicants to receive a behind-the-scenes look at our convention planning.

TOver 75 volunteers from the Democratic National Convention Committee, the Charlotte Host Committee, and local credit unions volunteered at Levine Children's Hospital in Charlotte. The service day was part of a larger commitment to the hospital to leave a legacy long after the convention is over.

Goodwill’s Operation Independence program serves hundreds of veterans each week, offering them job training workshops, resume assistance, and help with adjusting to civilian life. Watch as DNCC staff offer a small gesture to those who have contributed to our country so profoundly.
