There’s a new superhero in the neighborhood but as usual, The Doctor is deeply involved. 

The Doctor has mistakenly given a boy named Grant superhero powers. (Long Story). The boy has grown up and has taken the name The Ghost, using his powers to help the people of New York. As Grant, he is a nanny to Jennifer, the daughter of Lucy Fletcher. She is a reporter for the Daily Chronicle who Grant has secretly been in love with since high school.  

With The Doctor, they investigate Harmony Shoal, a multinational company with offices in every capital city. As the foremost innovator in science and technology, the institute is “Here to Open Your Minds”. But the heads of the corporation have other plans. Plans that involve the leaders of Earth and a ship in orbit set to blow up. Can The Doctor, Lucy, and The Ghost thwart their dastardly designs in time to save the good citizens of New York City?
