Spencer Family Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is a pale straw color with green tinges. It’s clean and floral on the nose with notes citrus. The palate is clean and refreshing, with an amiable, mouth quenching tartness, and a medium-long finish. Unlike other California Sauvignon Blancs, this light-bodied wine is restrained, with a very easygoing feel. Enjoy it cold by the pool.
