What are you focused on in life? What are your primary energies geared towards on a daily basis? Who or what do you trust to satisfy you? In 1 Corinthians, Paul speaks to a people who have received life in Christ. However, they have sinceshifted their focus and energies, and Paul is writing them to remind them of who they are and what Jesus has done in their lives.
