The weather today was not good and it was colder than last week obviously.

Actually I had nothing special to write today, because I was so busy and just stayed at the office and handle the issues all the day.

I had a case which was so complicated. It was transferred from this team to that team, and then escalated to the IT from low to high level. I was almost annoyed to death because this case has been pending for so long. After waiting for about 5 days, they just told me that due to code freeze, the case would still be pending until next Monday.
