The language of heaven is a language of promises. They are the currency of heaven—God’s intent. His promise says, “This is who I am for you” (it’s personal); “This is what I want you to be” (it’s practical); “This is what you can expect from Me in the situations you are facing now” (it’s His priority). God is a promise maker and a promise keeper. As we “Taste and See” from Psalm 34 who we need to become, His Word will make its home in us and enable us to fulfill our destiny in reaching this lost and longing world.

Pete Nelson, Char Brodersen, and Mike Neglia will lead an engaging and interactive workshop examining the motives for Christ-centred preaching, some methods and principles that are useful for handling Scripture, and some practical examples of how to preach Christ from a variety of passages.

This workshop is designed to provide answers to those questions, along with some practical steps to help you package the gospel in a way that will be more inviting to your neighbors from the nations.

The call to be familiar with the gospel of Jesus Christ and to communicate it daily is a huge blessing. At the same time, familiarity with the gospel is a grave danger to the heart of every pastor. Come and understand that danger and what you can do to protect your heart from it.

This workshop will be a discussion of the historical and theological survey of the land and the people of Israel from Abraham to the formation of the modern Nation of Israel.

Unity. We all believe in it but what does it look like and how does it honestly happen? What if interchurch unity was actually a vital, practical strategy to advance the fingerprints of God in our communities? This workshop will focus on how we can advance God's presence in our communities by joining forces with other pastors and churches. Pastoring can be a team sport (different churches wearing the same jersey) rather than competing with one another. Let's explore the possibilities together.
