The Hawks aquired Carmelo Anthony and Vince Carter in the offseason, which would've sounded awesome 15 years ago.  Carter was just a sign&wave though and allowed them to clear Shroder out, who had become unpopular in Atlanta.  This team is a bit of an enigma, if healthy they could be signifigantly better if they get a lot of minutes.  But they might decide to play their youth which would make winning hard, because Trae is going to need a lot of reps to fit into the NBA, if ever.  Outside playoff chance.
