Spo gets a lot out of this team.  They are at this point the Pat Riley dream.  Lots of interchangeable parts that are on the same mission.  Well except for Whiteside.  But Spo has enough juice to sit him when he's not helping.  Unfortunately the interchangable parts seems to fall apart in the playoffs, where stars tend to dictate how things go.  The Jimmy Butler trade would turn one of these itnerchangeable parts into a superstar which would up buck this, and would up their ceiling signifigantly, and I could see them in the Finals.
