The whole preview was held up by Jimmy Butler requesting a trade late September.  It really made it difficult to project the future of some teams.  And it makes it difficult to project the future of the Timberwolves.  If they have Butler, then they are probably going to be similar--maybe evne better, if Towns and Wiggins were working in the offseason--to how they were last year.  If they lose Butler, this is not a playoff team.  Either way, their future outlook is pretty dark.
