2020 in Review: Successes, Failures & Lessons Learned | Ep 068
Well, what a crazy year we've just completed!
I think it's safe to say that no one was expecting the hand we were dealt in 2020. There were surprise twists, disasters and big successes too, for almost everyone.
Before we move onto 2021, it's important to look back and take stock of the year just past. Rather than write it off as history, let's review the year instead and define the successes, failures and lessons we can take forward into next year.
In this episode, I teach the process I undertake each year to review the year as it comes to an end. I identify 3 of my biggest personal successes, 3 big failures, and a bunch of lessons that I want to take forward into next year (and share along the way).
And after today's episode on reflection ahead of the new year, next week's episode will be all about how to plan for success for the year ahead of us.
