This episode discusses the purpose of being consistent, goal setting and accountability partnerships are essential to your growth.

 Your body is calling and it is telling you what you need?  When was the last time you listened to your body, to determine what it's needs are?

This is week 2 for me at Home and not going into the office.  I discuss briefly what I do to keep me sane and moving forward during this time. 

It is important to spend the most valuable asset, your time; the right way.  Perform a self inventory as often as possible to make sure you are spending your time wisely. 

Keep your goals before you. Journal your journey.  Get a road map to where you are going.
