Every year, I ask the Lord what He wants to speak about the year to come for the Body of Christ and also for me personally. The word that I am going to share today is what He gave me for the Church at large.

 

As I was praying and seeking God’s heart about what He wanted to say about 2021. I have to admit it was tough to tune-in and hear. There is a lot of chatter and noise in the spiritual realm right now. More than most years, but I know God’s heart is to encourage and shine a light into the darkness. I know His character and nature is to give HOPE for the future.  God is always speaking. We must press in – silence the noise – still the chaos and quietly listen for Him to speak.

 

The word He gave me to release to the Church – His Ekklesia – His Bride. It is exciting. It’s Hope-filled It’s encouraging, and it is also a reprimand with a warning. Truthfully, I’ve not had one quite like this.  First, He gave me a word of warning/caution and then He followed it up with a word of hope and encouragement.
