Not Long into 2021 Can you believe it?

Already counselled a friend of mine who lost her friend, a respected father to suicide.

Why????

Couldn't overcome their mask and yes I say mask of not knowing how to reach out and ask for help.

2021. Asking for help particularly during a crisis is a surreal challenge that can have devastating effects.

It's also a two-sided situation. As a man who still struggles at times to do this very action its also up to those around to learn how to read signs, language and body language.

And persist even when the answer is no.
