This webinar is the 3rd in our 2021 webinar series, ‘MSL Excellence – Adapting to the new normal’. In this session we continued to focus on the key building blocks of MSL excellence.

One MSL was born out of a passion for the MSL and the wider Medical Affairs function. It is our view that onboarding is fundamental for all Medical colleagues to have the clarity, competence and confidence to be effective, whether they are new to industry, new to company or new to role.

Onboarding is more than SOPs and the science. Ultimately, onboarding sets new hires up for success. Yet data from our 2020 global MSL survey suggest that key MSL onboarding topics are being missed. We explored this key topic with the following expert industry panellists:
