Today it is all about reflection.... To me there is nothing more important than sitting down at the end of the year and really reflecting on what worked, what didn't, what we are proud of, what we accomplished & setting some real targets and visions for the following year.

This episode was hard for me to record.

2021 was easily the hardest year of my life, I have said numerous times in the past month how there was not one day I felt comfortable this year, and as someone who has struggled with mental health that's a challenging place to be.

But... despite being tough, despite living outside my comfort zone....
2021 was easily one of the most influential and amazing years of my life.
