There is value in reviewing the previous year, the end of a marriage, relationship, or job when you do it with clarity, honesty, and acceptance. Get clear about what happened. Be honest about your role in what happened. Accept that it is the past, and while you cannot change the past, there are two things you can do: Learn from it and celebrate it!
