I found myself cracking at the seams toward the end of 2022. The last few years have been a battle. Don't want to do that again. 2023 is about self care. How are you planning on taking care of yourself differently?

2023 Goals

With openness and honesty I'll share my experiences of life as a man raising young men in a very complicated society and world. I'm a Veteran and Special Education Teacher and have devoted my life to serving others. 
I've struggled plenty along the way and will continue to do so, by choice if not by circumstance. Maybe you could benefit from what I've learned and will learn in my journey, all I can do is offer.
