Yes here we are one week into 2023 and already it is an amazing start to an amazing year.

So many of us walk into a new year relieved to see the previous year end because it was a year we just want to forget happened.  It could be that you have been waiting to start a health journey, or dating again...whatever it was for you.  See we tend to think that the new year is a magic reset button.  Does it have to be?

This year I am making a choice that I do not need a new year to give me permission to celebrate.  Nope not this year because the only permission I need is mine not the calendars.  Join me in this episode as we talk about intentions and how taking actions on a daily basis gets you closer to making that intention a reality for you.
