2023 New Home Forecast for the Dallas and Fort Worth Area!
This week's episode of the podcast carries on the story of the mass resignation of Godley's city hall members. Listen in as we discuss the events leading up to the resignations and explore the reasons for the city leaders quitting.
Have you heard about the battle going on at Fairfield lake? This lake between Dallas and Houston is currently owned by a power company. This company has been leasing the land around the lake back to the state for a state park, but this may not be the case for much longer. Tune in as we take a look at the fight to prevent the power company from selling the land surrounding Fairfield lake to a developer.
We also dive into an organization called Builders of Hope - a nonprofit organization working to preserve at-risk neighborhoods! We talk about how they plan on preserving the cost of living for people in these neighborhoods, as well as, improving the area that they live in!
Last week we went to the Fort Worth Builders Association meeting on the economic forecast for 2023. We share some interesting things we learned including the shocking average sales price of a new home in the DFW area.
