Today's topic will be common misconceptions about things to remember as it relates to medications and drug calculations.
Example:
Good Morning, My name is Name, and I will be your nurse today, the HCP has prescribed Name of Medication to help with Purpose. The goal of the medication is WHY? Some caution with the medication as a Medication Class is state side/adverse effects. So, I want you to State Safety Concerns based on side/adverse effects or safety concerns. Always consult the HCP first. If there is state contraindications and what to do. State if there are any labs or need for monitoring. End with assessment of understanding E. Do you have any Questions?
