Reflect

• What happened in 2023 in your health?
• Did you have a word for your year/your health? How did that play out?
• What did you learn in relation to your health this year?

Dream

• No restraint - what would be the dreams for your health for next year?

Create

• Choosing the top 1-3 of your health dreams that can be worked on in 2024, created specific goals for them.

Plan

• For each of those goals - break them down into the first 3 action steps.

Live

• Start acting on your goals! Review, change, add, discard as the year progresses.
