You probably know what fasting is but what is fasting mimicking? In a nutshell it's fasting whilst still eating! The vast majority of us with hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism have autoimmune conditions (Hashimoto's/Graves' Disease) that have causes the issues with our thyroid hormones. This is why it's so important to 
a) know if you have an autoimmune condition and
