35 students in Gaelcholáiste in Dublin without a school bus.
35 dalta i nGaelcholáiste i mBaile Átha Cliath gan bus scoile.
Around 35 students at Coláiste Glór na Mara in Ballybriggan in north County Dublin have been left without a school bus to take them there.
Tá thart ar 35 dalta i gColáiste Ghlór na Mara i mBaile Brigín i dtuaisceart Chontae Bhaile Átha Cliath fágtha gan aon bhus scoile lena dtabhairt ann.
The base of the pupils who go to the Gaelcholáiste live in Sord, but there is no school bus service between that area and Ballybriggin.
I Sord atá cónaí ar bhunáite na ndaltaí a théann chuig an nGaelcholáiste ach níl aon tseirbhís bhus scoile idir an ceantar sin agus Baile Brigín.
Bus Éireann says they are seeking offers from bus companies to provide the service but admit they are having difficulties recruiting drivers in around 2% of the country's school areas.
Deir Bus Éireann go bhfuil tairiscintí á lorg acu ó chomhlachtaí bus chun an tseirbhís a chur ar fáil ach admhaíonn siad go bhfuil deacrachtaí acu tiománaithe a earcú in thart ar 2 faoin gcéad de limistéir scoile na tíre.
There are also two Gaelscoils in Swords, namely, Gaelscoil Bhriain Bóroimhe and Scoil an Duninnîn.
Tá dhá Ghaelscoil i Sord chomh maith, mar atá, Gaelscoil Bhriain Bóroimhe agus Scoil an Duinnínigh.
After the students have completed their primary schooling in these Gaelscoileanna, those who wish to continue learning through Irish have three options.
I ndiaidh do na daltaí a mbunscolaíocht a chríochnú sna Gaelscoileanna sin, tá trí rogha acu siúd ar mian leo leanúint ar aghaidh ag foghlaim trí Ghaeilge.
They can go to Gaelcholáiste Reachrann in Domhnach Míde, Scoil Chaitríona in Glasnaion or Coláiste Ghlór na Mara in Ballybrigín.
Is féidir leo dul chuig Gaelcholáiste Reachrann i nDomhnach Míde, Scoil Chaitríona i nGlas Naíon nó Coláiste Ghlór na Mara i mBaile Brigín.
Coláiste Glór na Mara was established in Ballybriggin in 2014 and because it is 20 kilometers away from Swords, the students are entitled to a school bus.
Bunaíodh Coláiste Ghlór na Mara i mBaile Brigín in 2014 agus de bhrí go bhfuil sé 20 ciliméadar ar shiúl ó Shord, tá na daltaí i dteideal bus scoile a fháil.
The Gaelic schools in Domhnach Míde and Glas Naíon are closer to Swords but since those two schools are located on the way into the city, many parents in Swords would prefer to send their children to Ballybrigín instead. being stuck in traffic going in the opposite direction every day.
Tá na Gaelcholáistí i nDomhnach Míde agus i nGlas Naíon níos cóngaraí do Shord ach ó tharla go bhfuil an dá scoil sin suite ar an mbealach isteach sa chathair, b'fhearr le go leor tuismitheoirí i Sord a leanaí a chur go Baile Brigín in áit a bheith sáinnithe sa trácht ag dul sa treo eile gach lá.
"Besides the traffic, there is another reason for their decision", says Maedhbh Daltún, Principal of Coláiste Glór na Mara.
"Seachas an trácht, tá cúis eile lena gcinneadh", a deir Maedhbh Daltún, Príomhoide Choláiste Ghlór na Mara.
"We are a multi-faith Gaelcholáiste.
"Is Gaelcholáiste ilchreidmheach muid.
Gaelcholáiste Reachrann is an interfaith school and Scoil Chaitríona is a Catholic school.
Is scoil idirchreidmheach í Gaelcholáiste Reachrann agus is Scoil Chaitliceach í Scoil Chaitríona.
Our ethos is very important to many parents.
Tá ár n- éiteas ana-thábhachtach do go leor tuismitheoirí.
"We have 500 students in the school here this year.
"Tá 500 dalta againn sa scoil anseo i mbliana.
35 of them are coming from Swords and from speaking to parents, I'm sure we would have more than that from Swords if there was a proper public transport service between Swords and Ballybriggin."
Tá 35 acu ag teacht ó Shord agus ó bheith ag labhairt le tuismitheoirí, táim lánchinnte go mbeadh níos mó ná sin againn ó Shord dá mbe...
