 DEANNE GERDES is The Phoenix Center Executive Director. The Phoenix Center does not just provide crucial, sometimes life-saving counselling over the phone for victims of sexual assault. They are often there every step of the way for women who need them.

• The recent funding freeze affects programs that serve underrepresented and vulnerable populations, including victims of sexual assault and this funding freeze is impacting rape crisis centers nationwide, leading to staff cuts and reduced services.

MONTY HOBBS Just Do Good Producer of AIR ANGELS, the story of a group of citizens who pilots who banded together to assist during Helene's devastation. It's set to air nationwide on Up Faith & Family starting July 1st. This project aims to spread positivity and compassion across American communities.
