It's been 18 months since our last episode and boy has a lot happened in that time! In our last episode in season 3 Steph had only been newly married, well now she has a baby!! Yep Steph is a mum! YAY!! In this episode we got very deep very quickly, Steph talks about the post natal depression she suffered and how she is still navigating through it now 9 months after the birth of Demi. We hope this episode is not a trigger for anyone who has suffered post natal depression, but if it is please seek support from one of the many post natal depression support groups there are in your area.
