Thinking about your personal and professional goals are critical steps in planning your STEM career in these rapidly changing times. Barriers are being broken and the future looks bright with opportunities for STEM careers. Given this rapid period of change, what should you be thinking about as you plan your career? Join U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service panel members as they share their personal journeys and describe how they approached their career choices, including overcoming challenges and seeking opportunities in different ways.

 

At the end of this seminar, participants will be better able to:

  1. Use what has been shared by panel members as guidance to help build a road map to career success.
  2. Understand how making decisions based on personal and professional goals and values can lead to career satisfaction and success.
