We observed irregular voltage, so we started checking the power supply.

觀察到，可以說observe，也可以說notice注意到、find發現、record記錄，甚至也可以說we logged irregular voltage，把log當作動詞記錄的意思使用。Regular是正常平常的意思，irregular就是反常的、異常的。也可以用abnormal或unusual替代，這些字都是指與平常正常狀態相反的意思。Supply是供應的意思，電源供應就是power supply。
