If God gave us His definition for success, would you pay attention? Everyone in the world is battling for success, yet most of us aren’t prioritizing God’s definition of success. 

Guess what? For the vast majority, success is never easy. Success always comes with internal challenges and external opposition. This is especially true spiritually because there’s an enemy fighting against God’s purposes and promises. That’s why God tells Joshua and Caleb time and time again to be “strong and courageous.” 

Success is a battle on many levels. It is a battle spiritually, mentally, and physically. In this series, we’re going to discover and develop the lion inside of you. 

The second message of this series comes from Numbers 14:1-45. This chapter is jammed packed with incredible truths on so many different levels. In addition to tuning into this message, I highly recommend reading this chapter 5 to 10 times in a discipline of observation, interpretation, and application. That’s an investment of time that will yield rich results. 

Back to the message, learn how Joshua and Caleb had a different spirit and followed the Lord fully. This is one of the greatest compliments in scripture. To follow the Lord fully doesn’t require perfection, but it does require a new understanding of what it looks like to be in an abiding relationship with God. 

Some people might feel defeated by the challenge to follow the Lord fully. Don’t believe that lie. This is an inspiring invitation. It is an invitation to be whole-hearted. No one wants to be half-hearted. When we our hearts are focused, our lives are full. In the best use of this word, you become the exception when you follow the Lord fully.
