Luke Lloyd explains how assets across the spectrum can benefit from a lower dollar. He also expects the rotation trade to continue: “this year’s not a Mag 7 year, it’s a 493 year.” He sees a commodity “supercycle” and anticipates continued strength in that sector. On the other hand, Bitcoin is falling, which Luke argues is due to money moving to other opportunities, and he would buy below $70K. In 10-20 years he thinks Bitcoin could threaten the base of the U.S. dollar and discussions of banning it could arise – that’s the only risk he sees to the cryptocurrency.
