There is something strange that happens at the end of a year… Stillness that makes you see your life more clearly. It is not about dates,  plans or the resolutions, but the truth of how you’ve been living.

This morning, as I sat with my coffee, I realized how different this 2025 year felt from all the others. In the past, I would write lists, promises, goals I could never hold for more than a few weeks. But 2025 changed me in a way no checklist ever could. It asked me to open every drawer of my life… and look honestly at what I was carrying.

Some things were mine.

Most were not.

So today, in this last episode of the year, I want to invite you into the same honesty and courage.

2026 doesn’t need a new version of you. It needs the woman you were before the world told you who to be.

So come sit with me for a few minutes.

Let’s end this year by telling the truth about what drains you, what calls you, what you are finally ready to release, and what wants to be born in you next.
