Today I'm breaking down the difference between weight loss and overall health. Yes, they are related, but they aren't the same thing. Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit, so it mostly happens in the kitchen. Health, on the other hand, happens through exercise, strength, movement, and all the things that keep you feeling good as you age.
