In this episode of the Support is Sexy podcast, I share how resistance (and fear) kept me from taking action and completing a project that has been a dream of mine since I was a child: Finishing a book proposal and ultimately becoming an author. But the pursuit of perfection and the ability to come up with plenty of reasons (i.e., excuses) gave me plenty of "outs" for not completing this job and fully going after this dream.

That is until I finally stopped playing and decided to do that thing and do the work! Life is short, time is limited, you can no longer waste either of those gifts. Find out how to push through the resistance and make a commitment to take a step toward your destiny. It's waiting for you. As Wayne Dyer said, "Don't die with your music in you."
