Today, we return to the practice of Mudita (feeling joy for other's success and wellbeing), but with a new focus: celebrating the collective sense of lineage we are cultivating. We witness the changes happening in our community—from honoring a mother's influence to finding peace in the past—and acknowledge that by restoring your own natural peace, you are allowing life to flow for the entire web of life.
