This episode involves all things 'Stout'. Vike has brewed an 'Irish Stout' for us, which falls under the BJCP Category - '15B - Irish Stout'. (Who would've thought.) We not only get the privilege of tasting a bang on version of the style, we taste a bang on version of the style on nitro. We provide some tasting notes, critique his recipe, and provide feedback on how to modify the recipe to perfect the beer during 'Segment 1'. You'll find the recipe by following the link below. We learn which beer is his 'Guilty Pleasure', as well as what his 'Desert Island Beer' is. We reveal last month's answers to 'BrewBusters', and we deliver the clues for another round of said game.
