I’m sharing four lessons from 2023 that have NOT been easy to learn (or share) but I hope in sharing, you gain some perspective shifts & feel encouraged to reflect on your own lessons from 2023.

I strongly believe that reflecting enables and empowers you. From reflection you get the gifts of insight and the ability to let go of what no longer serves you.

I also (personally) find it to be SUCH a humbling experience.

Because really - we are always TRYING to do the right thing, and the ironic thing is when we look backwards, we can ALWAYS see a better way …Sort of takes the pressure off really doesn’t it? Lovely, that.
