In this episode, Alexa Rae is chatting with, Emily,  a current client of hers that has wanted to share her personal shifts as a person. 

Emily (she/her) is a 42 year old woman, based in Western Canada and has been self-employed for the past 3 years as a non-profit and philanthropic consultant that specializes in raising funding and advising executives on strategy.  In her off time, she focuses on getting outside and into nature, gardening... and self-healing.   Emily's been Alexa's client for about seven months and wanted to chat about her experience in the healing program, Authentic Reconnect. 

When Emily came to work with Alexa, she was experiencing low self worth and negative body image. After working together through the initial program, Emily made immense shifts in her life and decided to continue on and explore more about who she was authentically.

Emily talks vulnerably about her struggles and wins and how far she has come in her authenticity journey.
