Like real estate, you need to know the value of what you are buying so I asked Matt how he calculates this. The cool thing? There is a formula and you can apply it to your own website to know what you can expect to sell it for.
Even better, he shares how to multiply the price formula and tells which niche topics return a good investment, even if they aren’t making any money.
