In a season of change and inevitable breakthrough, progression is key. Don't strain yourself though, take a break, pause for a moment, but you cannot stay there! You must move forward, progress and advance. Remaining stagnant will not allow growth to happen, and what God has instilled in you will not wait, it will move forward and we cannot miss it. So don't stop halfway, keep going, move forward and live out God's purpose for you!
