Melissa Dumaz is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Best Selling Author of The Love Challenge, co-host of The HatsPodcast and founder of You Help You, her own practice. She specializes in guiding clients through the complexities of overcoming emotional and physical trauma. She also helps clients deal with grief & loss, relationship satisfaction, parenting, transitions in life, self-care management and more.
