Pioneer in the startup business and Venture Capital in Italy, Maurizio is cofounder of H-FARM, having incubated and invested in over 140 companies. The organization went public in 2015 and has expanded to an education hub of 51 hectares for 3000 students. In his previous experiences, Maurizio worked in the luxury and sporting goods industries, some involving acquisitions by global leaders such as LVMH fashion holding and other majors sports brands. If in the past Maurizio managed to distinguish himself in the world of sports as a champion in offshore racing, today Maurizio is committed to running after his 4 children and more than 350 startuppers.

Eyal Gruner founded Cynet in 2015. He started his journey in the cybersecurity world when he was 15 when he uncovered a breach in the ATM machine of a large Israeli bank and a high-tech company. They both eventually hired him as a cybersecurity expert while he was still in high school. 

At the age of 16, he founded his first cybersecurity consultancy company, BugSec, which become one of the biggest consulting companies in Israel. After his military service, he founded a startup called Versafe and sold it to F5 Networks at the age of 24 for $100 million. Eyal founded Cynet with the goal of building a “truly big company”."

Dotan is Authomize's Co-Founder & CEO. Prior to co-founding Authomize, Dotan led the product management for the “Infinity Next” platform at Check Point Software, following the successful acquisition of ForceNock Security, where he served as Co-founder & CEO. He also founded and served as CEO at ReSec Tech. Dotan is also a member of the Technion Board of Governors - Israel Institute of Technology.

I’m a technology Geek with over 20 years of experience in the world of databases. I’m eager to continuously learn and improve while removing obstacles out of the way. I’m keen to reach success and always strive to achieve a true win-win. I believe that doing business is “all about the people”, and finding the shared road to success. For 8 years, I worked for John Bryce and delivered technical database training for thousands of people globally, following that I founded my training and services boutique company and after 10 years I had the opportunity to kickstart the Aerospike Israel entity, which I’ve been leading since 2018.

Nimrod is a co-founder and Head of Product at BigID. He is experienced in enterprise product and a security executive and served in various capacities ranging from engineering, product and business management. Prior to founding BigID, Nimrod served as VP Product Management, Product Line Manager for CA Identity Management product line and as an advisor to security startups in the area of identity management and user behavior analytics.

Chen is co-founder and co CEO of DeePathology, and also co-founder of SagivTech and SurgeonAI. She has a Ph.D. in Applied Math from Tel Aviv University specializing in Computer Vision. Chen loves Math and the mix of algorithms and healthcare. She lives in Gaash with her husband, twin girls, and two dogs.

Eran is the co-founder and CEO of Nanolock security from day 1. He was a consultant to Cimagine that was sold to Snapchat and was the co-founder and CEO of OREE that were acquired in 2015. He was a senior consultant to Tel Aviv University Nanolock Science center and Tsinghua University in Beijing, China’s MIT. Eran was also the co-founder of  On-Eden that was sold to the formula group and created  5 comedy shows among them the highly successful show, The Leash. 

Isaac is the co-founder and CEO of Trullion, an AI-powered SaaS platform that automates financial workflows for CFOs, accountants, and auditors. Trullion unifies the unstructured and structured worlds of accounting by reading PDFs and Excel and translating them into financial workflows, such as Lease Accounting and Revenue Recognition.

Idan is a co-founder at Avo, a fast-growing e-commerce startup focused on reducing costs for consumers by aggregating demand. Before starting Avo Idan started a couple of other companies and was also an early employee at Monday.com. He was also the founder of a podcast called startup camel, where he interviewed over 80 founders from the Israeli start-up scene.

Marius Hanganu has been a manager in the software industry for over 20 years. He has been overseeing complex projects from sales to deployment and support. He serves as the Managing Partner of Tremend, with a focus on operations and shaping the organization to become a top software Romanian provider.
