Today I'm reflecting on what's shifted in my life that has led me back to the root of self-exploration and evaluating what's next and what feels right. For the last episode of Lighthouse Within, I also summarize the ideas I found myself returning to again and again that became not only core themes of this podcast, but reassured and deepened the personal values I feel rooted in.
