In this video Enrico Pozzo and myself talk about what is going on in the world with COVID-19 and what we can do now. There are many people who are still working; doctors, nurses, politicians, delivery people, truck drivers, grocery store workers, security workers, those people who are not at home but are keeping the world going while we are inside our homes. We acknowledge them for the work that they are doing and putting their life and their health on the line to keep us all going. We also talk about taking care of our own health as an act of self-love but also as an act of love to others. The decisions that we make today, right now, effect all of us. If there is anything that we can gather from everything that is happening is how connected all of us are and the responsibility that we have to ourselves and each other to stay healthy.  

Further, we talk about what we can do to stay connected while we are staying at home, how we can have compassion for one another and even how we can build, and grow and get stronger during these times as individuals and as a society.
