We're just four ordinary holistic and complementary therapists practicing Reflexology, Bowen Therapy and Reiki, and we know how easy it is to feel alone when you're running your therapy business - this is our weekly pick-me up, an antidote to the loneliness and self-doubt, a chance to laugh at ourselves and learn something new.

This week we talk treatment rooms and get caught up in a world of couches, couch roll, towels, blankets and exploding tumble dryers.
