I'm fired up about this multi-part series because we're diving deep into the concepts this podcast was fundamentally inspired by: the cycles of life and how honoring these rhythms is the true key to wellness.Nearly everything in nature operates in some type of cyclical or wavelike pattern, and we as human beings are no exception. Learn how to biohack your highs and lows as we explore cycles from a macro-to-micro scale, from seasonal cycles all the way zoomed into breathing and quantum particles. In the first part of this series, we're talking all things Ultradian rhythms. These are the productivity/stress cycles that occur throughout the day. We rise and fall and rise again. We take a look at the physiology of why listening to our bodies when it's telling us it's break time is way more productive and efficient than hustling without breaks.
