Kellen spent years “chasing” his fitness goals and pushing h isbody to the limits. This approach got him in great shape...but at the cost of his health and happiness. He was feeling "old" in his 20s - overuse injuries, stiff muscles, and aching joints. Mentally, he felt like a slave to his workout & nutrition regimen. He was burning out and knew he needed a different approach for the long run.
His life changed when he was introduced to Natural Movement. He started to redesign his fitness around a balanced lifestyle. This simpler, more intuitive approach allowed him to better listen to his body and still make unbelievable gains in strength & mobility. Now, he is on a mission to help the masses become NATURALLY FIT!
