Take a 15 min break to make a system update of your thoughts & emotions. You might be very motivated in the morning, but through different influences and work tasks throughout the day - you might feel tired, unmotivated, maybe even frustrated. Gift yourself this break and distance yourself from thoughts and emotions that don't serve you right now. Feel yourself becoming lighter by letting go and creating space for inviting in a different perspective.
