#21 Meditation Monday (October 21, 2020): Conscious Breathing

A conscious breathing exercise to ignite your mind-body communication channel, slow your heart rate, and release feelings of anxiety and stress to be replaced with calm and relaxation. This exercise can be done piecemeal, with just a few deep breaths, if you have a minute to yourself in those transitional moments of your day.

Meditation begins @5:45, though I recommend listening to the explanation of the Ujjayi breath beginning @3:40.
